My wife’s 14 days of isolation are over and she has returned to work. During the period she had a cough, fatigue, and some shortness of breath on exertion, but never developed a fever or other symptoms, and started to feel better after a couple of days. Due to the long lines at the testing stations she never had a test. Now, no more mask at home, and plenty of hugs from the children.

In the meantime the number of confirmed cases continue to grow, although some say the curb is starting to flatten.
I read today that the best gauge of what is happening is not the number of cases, which are dependent on testing or the number of deaths, which lag exposures by many days, but the number of hospitalizations.
The one data point that suggests both New York and California are getting coronavirus under control
COVID-19 Hospitalization Tracking Project at at the University of Minnesota has been collecting state data. Here is their graph for Connecticut that shows we're not at the apex yet.
Latest data from today not yet added to this chart shows an increase of 98 hospitalized patients for a total of 1,562.
Hopefully we will start to plateau sometime in the next two weeks.
